First Interview & Persona
Having done the initial research, the interview was conducted, which purpose was to gain insight into the caseholder's challenges and experiences with Long Covid - which was also a part of an Assignment 1.2.
The first interview took place at the casholder's home. Only 3 (out of 7) of the group members went there, so to not make the meeting overwhelming. The findings from the interview are concisely presented in the form of a Persona and Visual Notes:

The most crucial findings, that gave the group the direction into further research and an idea of a design challenge include:

Problems with stamina: Anne (the caseholder) said she had problems with fatigue, which sometimes was appearing out of nowhere.

Planning: The challenge above links to an issue with planning, as this made it difficult for her to predict her energy levels, hence planning, for instance, meeting her friends.

Lifestyle shift: As Anne used to (and is) a very active person, Long Covid made her daily life more difficult .
