Final Prototype

Eventually, a final prototype of the product was made. It was made according to the vision, explained in the previous section. However, finalizing the prototype did not come without any difficulties. Namely, the screen broke on the day of the exhibition, which can be seen on the picture. Before the presentation this issue will be delt with as the new screen was ordered instantly as soon as the malfunction was noticed.

Even though the prototype does not function, we were still be able to create the full physical model of it by using the resin printer for the main body and the straps from the broken watch that we found in a second hand store. Furthermore, all the components were able to fit nicely into the watch. The prototype can be strapped on like normal watch. The bulky form of it takes a bit attention but still the final size was smaller than we thought. The button are a bit hard to visualize from the picture due to the transparency of the print but we were able to include the two button that were mentioned in "Detailing" page. Furthermore, the prototype would have also functioned smoothly if it was not for the broken screen, which can be seen the image with the dog sketch in the screen.
