Concept
CARE (The Watch)
The watch concept is the chosen concept. The reason was that during the co-design session, the bag-chair and the bracelet would stand out to the public a lot and she did not want a product that would be a reminder of her incapability. The bag-chair was also a concept mainly directed towards the issues she was experiencing with her hip, after surgery, so could not be as usable in the long run. The bracelet also had an issue of being easy to simply forget about, as, unlike the watch, it would give off any sort of sensory reminder. Of course, a watch that vibrates every hour or so to tell the user to take a break is also a reminder of the limitations. However, this is much different from the other ones, as a watch is a commonly used accessory and a product aligns with, for example, an Apple Watch, which also pops a notification when a message is received but does not burden the person.

This the concept board was created based on the ideation that was done and the feedback received from the Co-Design session. However, there has been a small misunderstanding within the group about the design. Thus, this board demonstrates an idealized design of the watch, as if this product was to be mass-produced and the personalized factors were excluded.
Feedback of Concept Presentation
After completing Phase 2, there was a presentation where to showcase of all our findings and progress had to be shown. The feedback was generally good, but there were some concerns, such as how is the watch any different than other electronic watches, such as the Apple Watch. Even though Apple Watch has a similar features as this one, and even more, this watch was designed to fit the user's taste. Also, there was a question asking if the watch is going to work as a normal watch too, but this would also counter act the previous question because it would not have been any different than other electronic watches, except for the dog image that will be used. The presenation is available in the Appendix.
